Senior Group Fitness(Seated/Standing)
Dia-mon-d Strong Fitness now offers mobile group fitness classes! Specializing in traditional bootcamp, seated cardio, seated yoga, traditional core strengthening, seated abs, seated strength/pilates. All group classes are 45 minutes long @ $40 a class. Each participant's safety and enjoyment is my top priority!
8 years certified through the National Council on Strength & Fitness. CPR credentials up to date.
3 class minimum for website checkout.
