"Simple Singles"

Gym, Mobile, or Online Training Included. 

Pay as you go with "Simple Singles". This may be the best option for you if you are not ready to settle on a package. Includes 1 personal training session per $24. 3 session minimum required for purchase.

A formal appointment must be scheduled for each session. Each session lasts 45 minutes. All new clients must book an online assessment appointment prior to starting any training program (takes 20-30 min). This is at no additional charge.
